You can use "/1c" (or click the HUD Cuff Smart Button) to rez everything: with the following provisos:
  • if both wrist cuffs are already worn, "/1c" will call up the menu with wrist options available.
  • if both ankle cuffs are already worn, "/1c" will call up the menu with ankle options available.(v1.07.x onwards)
    • this means that sub can wear either the wrist pair, or the ankle pair, to access the cuff menu.
  • if sub doesn't isn't wearing at least one wrist pair or one ankle pair, "/1c" will rez the entire set of cuffs, regardless of whatever cuffs is being worn currently. (v1.07x onwards)
    Example:
    • sub is wearing left ankle and right wrist cuff.

    "/1c" will rez entire set
    • sub is wearing 2 ankle cuffs

"/1c" will call up cuff menu with ankle options
Plugins
If you have either the arm or thigh plugins, they will be rezzed together with the full set when you say "/1c" (with neither wrist or ankle pair already worn).

No-wear option (Cuffs v2.00.00 and above)
However, if you want to access the arm and thigh poses, but do not wish to wear the cuffs for whatever reason (maybe you are wearing something else at those attachment points), you can turn on the "no-wear" option. Do that by calling up the cuff menu, "options" > "thigh..." or "arm..." and select "no-wear".
