My HUD's messed up. How can I get a fresh HUD without setting up all over again?

Go to the Secret Warehouse , and do one of the following:

  1. If you're using a General Release version (i.e. you got this set from directly from the vendor):
    •  hit the Update Switch. Click either "Sig Gag v.4" or "Sig Cuffs" to get verified, OR
  2. If you are using a Release Candidate (RC) version:
    • go back to the RC box where you got your HUD and click the box, then rez your cuff or gag to get verified.
    • if the RC box is no longer there, it means the latest version is no longer in beta, and is now available from the Update Switch. See (1) above.

If the gear you are using is the latest version, you will be given the option of "HUD only" or "HUD + gear".

  • "HUD only" gives you the latest HUD.
    • Wear it, and it will start the transfer process.
    • When asked to, rez your old HUD (the one that's borked, with all the gear inside), to transfer everything over.
    • That's it. No re-setup. (If your transferred gear are too old, you might be required to setup again).

Choose this if you have "script run-time" errors that won't go away, or other HUD-related issues that have nothing to do with errors in your specific gear.

  • "HUD+gear" will give you a fresh HUD with the Signature gear inside.
    • You need to run setup, and re-activate any plugins you might have.
    • You can also transfer your stats from your old HUD.

If the gear you are using to get verified is not the latest version, you will automatically be given the "HUD+gear" boxed set. Just set up the gear and you're all set. Your new HUD and gear will keep their settings from your old gear, automatically.
