When I try to do a transfer (again), I get a "attempt to rez an object failed" message.

You've just run a transfer. It didn't work so well and you wanted to do it again. When you try to rez the old (Source) HUD , it doesn't rez in world, and instead you get an "attempt to rez an object failed" message.

It's one of those intermittent SL asset server problems. Happens to some avies, sometimes.

Fix: Just relog. It'll be there and you can retry the transfer again.
