The Update Switch has verified and says it's sending me my update - but I receive nothing. Help!

If you get the message that you will be receiving the update shortly, and you don't, it could be because:

• you are in busy mode. Just turn off busy mode and try again. Or,
• you have muted one of Lulu's objects in the past. This would put Lulu Ludovico on your mute list and you will not receive anything from any object owned by her. Just unmute her (SL menu > View > Mute List). If she is not muted, mute her, and then unmute her.
• SL communications or LULU Servers are down. If none of the above are true - it could be because something's gone wrong. IM Lulu Ludovico.
