Can I increase the chain particles of my cuffs? (Or, I can't really see the chains)

The default script setting for chain particle density is already very high. If you don't see it, it might be because of sim or graphic card factors.

You can increase the particle density by reducing the viewable distance on your Preferences > Graphic tab. The further the viewable distance, the lower the particle density your viewer sees, at any given script setting.
