I log in, and when my owner (or I) wear my key, it now says that he / she (or I) am not on the owner list, even though I know that he / she (or I) was set as owner earier.

Otherwise, most probably your HUD or toy has lost its settings when you crashed or lost connection.

To fix, you need to do this:

• re-enter your owner, and
  
• perform the Save your Settings routine.
