How can I vote for Lindens to fix the problem of attachments losing their stats and any new items in them when I crash?

Detaching your attachments often to save settings is not a viable long-term solution to the problem of losing your stats or items. Please vote to get the Lindens to fix this.

1. Go to http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-70
2. On the left hand side, log in with your Second Life account. Don't worry, this is a Second Life website (ends with secondlife.com).
3. On the left hand side, look for the words "Vote for it" and click that.

Linden Labs maintains a database of bugs and issues (i.e. the Jira), and they prioritize their work on them depending on several factors, including:

• number of votes
• strong reproduction of bug/issue.

So your vote is important.
