I'm wearing my Signature Cuffs with the Restrained Life Viewer - why can I still detach them?

Are you locked?

If you are, there should be a lock icon on your HUD 's cuff button.

The no-detach restriction is only enforced if you are locked and using the Restrained Life viewer.
