The LULU Security check makes many tries over time. 

If you are sure your LULU main HUD  (see below), then it could mean one of two things:

• your sim has issues. Is it a Homestead? Homesteads are more problematic than full sims. Try clicking "@Lulu" on your HUD and let Lulu know the details, including all messages, and the sim name.
• the LULU HUD is borked. SL borks stuff from time to time. Try "/1.reset" or if that doesn't work, try "/1." > "HELP" > "New HUD..." and transfer everything over.
